Annual Reports
Over 50 annual reports have been submitted to the Parliament from Ministries, Departments, Statutory Authorities and Government Companies, and other Government entities. These reports will become public documents once the Minister responsible for it has vocally “laid it on the table” and the Speaker has accepted it. Once they have been laid on the table, they can be accessed under the Papers, Petitions, and Reports page.
Annual reports are an important method for Government entities to maintain transparency and accountability. They not only outline the activities and achievements of each entity, but importantly they capture the audited financial statements that outline how funds have been spent throughout the reporting year.
