The Third Sitting was held on Thursday, 21st September, 2023 at the House of Parliament. The Order Paper for the day set out the business for Members to deal with.

Mrs. Gloria McField-Nixon took the Oaths of Allegiance and Due Execution of Office to serve as Acting Hon. Deputy Governor, responsible for the Portfolio of the Civil Service to be the Temporary ex-officio Member of the Parliament.

There was one Annual Report Tabled for the Ministry of Tourism & Transport, and one Parliamentary Question from the Elected Member for George Town East to the Hon. Minister of Health & Wellness and Home Affairs.
