The Second Sitting was held on Wednesday, 20th September 2023 at the House of Parliament. Another ten Annual Reports were Laid on the Table in addition to the ten that were Tabled at the previous day’s Sitting, and four Parliamentary Questions were asked to Government Ministers.

The House gave a second reading to the Proceeds of Crime (Amendment) Bill, 2023, before going into Committee Stage to further consider and vote on each clause of each of the four bills:
